PLATELET-RICH FIBRIN

The platelet rich fibrin is a three-dimensional structure whose matrix is fibrin. In the spaces of the three-dimensional fibrin net there are high concentrations of non-activated, functional, intact platelets, white blood cells and mesenchymal stem cells.
Together with fibrin, all these elements form a matrix structure - a spatial structure that continuously and in the long term stimulates the plates to release growth factors, cytokines and effectively directs the migration of mesenchymal stem cells to the site of body injury.
Growth factors and stem cells released from the space of the fibrin grid strongly stimulate the biological renewal of tissues.

plasma complex

PLASMA COMPLEX is a safe, autologous therapy in which we use the synergy of our own hematopoietic stem cells and structural fibrin. During the centrifugation process using low centrifugal force in a short time, we obtain a mixture of CD34 + cells, platelets with growth factors and leukocytes suspended in the fibrin fraction. The obtained rich cell fibrin has enormous regenerative potential for many areas of our body. The obtained fibrin fraction can be treated as autologous transplant of our tissue and in a controlled manner administered in the place requiring reconstruction or regeneration, whether it concerns the skin, epidermis, subcutaneous tissue, muscle, bone, cartilage or hair.
Structural fibrin, thanks to its properties to create a fibrin in the clotting process, becomes an autologous tissue transplant, in the space of which hematopoietic stem cells, platelets with growth factors and leukocytes are suspended. On the basis of this tissue matrix, growth factors, cytokines, CD34 + cells, leukocytes and excitation of "dormant" mesenchymal stem cells are activated.

The Plasma Complex procedure involves injection of structural S-PRF fibrin and I-PRF deep-cell fibrin of damaged tissues requiring regeneration. It initiates a series of repair processes, which results in the reconstruction of tissues and restoration of their proper functions. The simplicity of the procedure, easy access to the patient's autologous material and the acceptable cost of therapy enable the use of the Plasma Complex procedure in the majority of patients.

What makes the PLASMA COMPLEX treatment different from other aesthetic treatments?

This is a natural, autologous procedure from the patient's own blood using hematopoietic stem cells and structural fibrin in tissue regeneration.

What is the uniqueness of stem cell therapy?

The uniqueness of stem cell therapy lies in their enormous regenerative potential. They can reproduce every tissue that the body needs in the regeneration process.
Stem cells have 3 characteristic features: they undergo an unlimited number of divisions, have the ability to differentiate into other tissue cells and the ability to self-renew.

What is the PLASMA COMPLEX treatment about? At what time will the doctor perform the full procedure?

The Plasma Complex treatment involves obtaining from the patient's own blood (during two separate centrifugations) two fractions: fibrin: cellular with hematopoietic stem cells and structural fibrin. Structural fibrin creates a temporary framework for the newly formed tissue of the skin, while cellular fibrin provides stem cells, growth factors, cytokines and leukocytes, necessary for the reconstruction of the tissue. The time required to perform the Plasma Complex treatment is about 45 minutes.

What effects can we expect after the procedure?

After the treatment, we can expect an increase in skin tension, better elasticity and a feeling of filling. We restore the skin's better density, proper nutrition and blood supply to the skin. Tissue cavities in the skin are filled, wrinkles, scars, eg after acne, burns are inflated.

Thanks to the Plasma Complex procedure, we stimulate the process of disappearance of stretch marks, we can reduce the effect of so-called ,, orange peel ,, - cellulite.

Do you have to repeat the procedure? If so, how often?

How long does the effect last?

The treatment requires repetition, it is recommended to perform 3 treatments at 4-week intervals.

The effect of better tension, filling and elasticity of the skin visible and noticeable is already after the first Plasma Complex treatment. We achieve the full effect of remodeling and rebuilding skin tissue after a few months. It is a long-lasting effect because the Plasma Complex treatment stimulates the reconstruction of all layers of skin tissue. That is why we perform the next treatment after a series of 3 treatments once every six months.

What processes take place in the tissues during the series of 3 Plasma Copmlex treatments?

1. STIMULATION

The process of multiplication and deposition in the fibrinous skeleton of cell groups necessary for the creation of new tissue: fibroblasts, epidermal cells, endothelial cells of blood vessels is initiated. The synthesis of collagen and structural proteins begins, as well as the formation of new blood vessels.

2. REGENERATION

Reconstruction of skin tissue with increased synthesis of collagen and the formation of new blood vessels. Collagen restores flexibility, elasticity and tension to the skin. Newly created blood vessels are responsible for proper oxygenation and nourishment of the skin tissue.

3. REJUVENATION

Reconstruction of skin tissue with increased synthesis of collagen and the formation of new blood vessels. Collagen restores flexibility, elasticity and tension to the skin. Newly created blood vessels are responsible for proper oxygenation and nourishment of the skin tissue.

Is this a procedure that we can do, for example, during a lunch break?

This is a procedure that does not burden patients and can be done at lunchtime. The patient after surgery can only have slightly reddened, visible spots after the stings. There are rarely small hematomas in people who have poor skin condition, vascular skin that disappears after 2-3 days.

For whom and at what age is the procedure dedicated?

The treatment is dedicated to young, overworked people as well as people with mature complexions. With age, our skin loses its firmness, elasticity, flexibility. The environmental factors - frost, sun, polluted air, everyday stress - have a huge influence on the quality of our skin. Our skin gets worn out regardless of age. It is a treatment for all people who want to improve the appearance and condition of their skin.

Is this a treatment only for women or also for men?

It is a treatment for both women and men.

How to prepare for the surgery?

On the day of surgery, the patient should not take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and aspirin. The places to be treated should be clean, without make-up. Therefore, before the treatment, we wash the make-up. The man should be shaved because the place of injection (zygomatic bow, jaw line, mouth area) should be clean and sanitized.
Before the surgery the doctor conducts a medical history, the patient is informed about contraindications to the procedure. He agrees in consent in writing for the procedure.

What are the indications and contraindications to the procedure?

  • Diseases of blood:
  •      - platelet dysfunction syndrome
         - critical thrombocytopenia
         - fibrinogen deficiency
         - haemodynamic instability
  • Sepsis
  • cancers
  • Chronic liver disease
  • Acute states of autoimmunoassons
  • Acute and chronic infections
  • Pregnancy and lactation
  • Anticoagulant treatment - for a volumetric biostimulation kit - should be replaced with a low molecular weight heparin
  • The use of aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs

Does the patient immediately require special medical recommendations? How to care for the skin?

After the Plasma Complex treatment the patient should not use the sauna, swimming pool, abstain from fitness classes that day. He should keep the treatment areas clean: give up the make-up after.
