SEFFILLER - a new era of regenerative treatments

In the SEFFILLER method, the collection and preparation of adipose tissue and its cellular components (SVF and ADCs) is extremely simple and safe to perform. What are stem cells??

In the past few years, there have been many clinical trials that confirm that there is much more stem cells in fat tissue than in bone marrow: these stem cells are called ADSCs (adipose derived stem cells) and are combined with cells of the stromal cell fraction blood vessels (SVF) from adipose tissue are able to regenerate many tissues and organs, including the skin. Stem cells are like baby cells that have the ability to transform into several different types of mature cells, including: epithelial cells (skin), adipocytes (fat), endothelial cells (vessels), chondrocytes (cartilage), osteocytes (bones), and myocytes (muscles) and neurocytes.

How is the SEFFILLER treatment going?

The SEFFILLER treatment lasts about 30 minutes and is completely non-invasive to the patient. It is performed under local anesthesia, using a special micro-cannula to collect fat and stem cells contained in it, with preference for areas where fat is more compact (abdomen, buttock area and inner thigh). This method of body fat collection and the structure of the cannula itself allow to take from the fat the appropriate number of stem cells of specific fractions (parental fat cells and stromal blood vessel cells). After the fat tissue is removed in this method, no fat processing is necessary (enzymatic digestion or centrifugation). Then, using very thin needles, a fat tissue stem cell transplantation with implantation is performed in areas where volume correction and skin regeneration is necessary (cheekbones, cheeks, lips, eyebrows, areas around the eyes, neck and cleavage).

In the last 30 years, the only surgical rejuvenation treatment was a face lift, which aims to improve skin tone, but not regenerate it. It is extremely interesting to study in a comparison of 100 patients with their pictures at the age of 20: this study showed that the most important symptom in an aging face is, in order, loss of volume, skin aging and flaccidity of the skin. In the light of this scientific evidence, to achieve a natural rejuvenation of the face, it is necessary to restore the volume and then regenerate the skin.


What after SEFFILLER treatment?

After the surgery, patients can immediately return to their usual activities. For 48 hours after the procedure, you may notice a slight swelling lasting up to 48 hours, and any redness can be covered with make-up. Regenerative effects appear about 1-3 months after the surgery. In order to stabilize the treatment of the effect, patients can undergo another treatment after 6-12 months.


What effects can you expect from SEFFILLER?

Regarding the classic filling with our own fat tissue, the main action of SEFFILLER is regeneration, thanks to the activity of mesenchymal stem cells. This regenerative activity of stem cells is most pronounced after a few months, so you have to expect a gradual but constant improvement for the first three months. In the first days small bruises will begin to fade, then the swelling will decrease, but the appearance and tightness of the skin will improve for a long time.
