Salipeel - dermatological peeling based on salicylic acid. Salycilic acid belongs to β-hydroxy acids. It has exfoliating and lipophilic properties, stronger than AHA. It is helpful in acne therapy - dissolves the intercellular cement, unblocks blackheads, regulates sebum production and also acts antibacterially. It is recommended particularly for the treatment of common acne, especially with the purulent lesions. It is very practical as a peeling for the whole body and as a base for other peelings in so called sandwich techniques.
