Ultra Dream Pulse - CO2 laser for dermatosurgery

CO2 laser produced by a Korean company - Daeshin Enterprise, which was established in 1992. The laser emits a beam of light that is invisible for the eye, with a wavelength of 10 600nm, which is absorbed by intra- and extracellular water. The type of laser used in Laser-Medica has been available on the world market since 2004. Its software enables both a continuous wave mode and a pulsed mode (ultrapulse, superpulse, normalpulse). The superpluse and ultrapulse functions emit pulses in micro- and nanoseconds, which results in minimal thermal damage of tissue and positively influences the aesthetic effect of the treatment.

Additionally, in 2008, the company expanded the treatment scope of the laser, introducing fractional scanner - Multixel.

Medical applications of CO2 laser:

- in its basic version, for so called minor surgery (removal of fibromas, warts, milia, nevi, etc.),
- in its fractional version - Multixel, for dermabrasion treatments (removal of atrophic scars, skin rejuvenation, etc.).
