The laser emits a beam of light that is invisible for the eye, with a wavelength of 10 600nm, which is absorbed by intra- and extracellular water. The type of laser used in Laser-Medica has been available on the world market since 2004. Its software enables both a continuous wave mode and a pulsed mode (ultrapulse, superpulse, normalpulse). The superpluse and ultrapulse functions emit pulses in micro- and nanoseconds, which results in minimal thermal damage of tissue and positively influences the aesthetic effect of the treatment.
