Accent Elite

Accent Elite Accent Elite is a unique, Radio Frequency (RF) based platform produced by Alma Lasers. The company, based in Israel, is a global developer, manufacturer and provider of laser, light-based, radiofrequency and ultrasound devices for aesthetic and medical applications. Alma Lasers' products are used mainly in plastic surgery, dermatology and aesthetic dermatology. The leading products of the company are: the Harmony multiapplication laser system, the Soprano and Pixel lasers and the RF Accent Elite system, excellently lifting the skin and reducing the adipose tissue and cellulite.

Accent Elite by Alma Lasers is a device based on high frequency waves for collagen remodelling, skin tightening and cellulite reduction. Only the Accent Family combines two proprietary radio frequency modes:

  • unipolar
  • bipolar

The unique technology of dual radio frequency - RF allows to control the depth of therapeutic heat at different tissue levels within the body. Accent Elite makes revolutionary changes without the need of currently available surgical procedures or any anaesthetics.

Additional advantage of the treatment is that it involves no down-time, excluding patients from everyday life. The RF energy is delivered to the tissue with simultaneous cooling, providing extra comfort and protection of the patient's skin from burning.

Bipolar handpieceTissue resistance to RF conductive current (bipolar) results in local, superficial heating of the skin. When the treatment is combined with the use of the UniLarge handpiece, safe and a fully controlled, deep dermal heating takes place. This unique heating system stimulates the production of collagen, which results in noticeable reduction of wrinkles.





The Unipolar RF treatment generates alternating electromagnetic fields that cause rotation and friction of the dipolar water molecules of deeper tissues, which leads to heating in the deeper layers of the skin.

Unipolar handpieceThe unipolar handpiece contains RF resonance system, thermoelectric cooler (TEC) and a red button for starting the system. The technology offers safe, effective treatment without earthing electrodes or manoeuvres with equipment. High popularity of the method lies in the speed and effect of the treatment. It also does not require post-treatment care or down-time. Moreover, there is no need for gel or compression of the treated sites. The IN-Motion™ technology of the Accent Family represents a breakthrough in patient's comfort, speed of procedures and repeatable clinical results. During the session, it provides a gradual thermal rise, achieving therapeutic temperature, with minimal risk of injury and with much less discomfort for the patient. Due to the above advantages, the IN-Motion™ technology is especially intended for larger treatment areas.

Accent Elite system uses the RF energy (RadioFrequency) for generating heat in tissues by two mechanisms: causing rotation of water molecules H2O (dipolar +/-) and the effect of tissue resistance. By proper application of various handpieces, the appropriate layers of the skin and subcutaneous tissue are heated (thermotherapy).

Accent Elite has FDA clearance and CE marking. It is also registered as a medical device.
